Job summary

OMS OILFIELD SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Relocation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end move from the current facility to a new site, coordinating renovation, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and post-move readiness to minimize business disruption.

You will develop masterplans, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with landlords and authorities, supervise IT and facilities setup, and ensure continuous API/ISO certification during the relocation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the relocation masterplan, budget, schedule, and risk register.
• Coordinate relocation activities across departments.
• Monitor project progress and report to management and Steering Committee.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely completion.
• Define space, facility, and operational requirements with management.
• Coordinate layout planning for offices, workshops, warehouses, production areas, and common facilities.
• Liaise with landlords, developers, consultants, and agencies on site-related matters.
• Support site inspections, due diligence, and handover activities.
• Manage renovation, reinstatement, fit-out, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Coordinate architects, contractors, suppliers.
• Track project milestones, costs, quality, and safety.
• Ensure works meet specifications, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate approvals, permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain API / ISO certification continuity through the move.
• Liaise with statutory bodies and service providers.
• Develop detailed move plans and execution schedules.
• Coordinate packing, transportation, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Manage relocation vendors and moving contractors.
• Minimize operational disruption during relocation.
• Coordinate setup of utilities, telecommunications, internet, security systems, and facility services.
• Work with IT teams to ensure infrastructure readiness.
• Ensure equipment, machinery, furniture, and operational assets are transferred and commissioned.
• Act as the primary contact for relocation-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Conduct relocation briefings and communicate project updates to staff and management.
• Manage post-relocation issues and rectification activities.
• Coordinate defect management and contractor follow-up.
• Ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
