Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Contracts professional to join their project team in Singapore. The role focuses on contract administration, claims management and closeout activities across project teams.

You will manage variations, prepare progress claims, and provide commercial guidance while coordinating with site and project teams to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and records are maintained accurately.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims and variation management.
• MRT/infrastructure experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and subcontract administration, including variations and claims.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams.
• Prepare progress claims and supporting documentation.
• Review and negotiate variation orders and contractual claims.
• Handle subcontractor-related contractual matters and negotiations.
• Maintain contract records, correspondence and supporting documentation.
• Support final accounts and project closeout activities.
• Work closely with project and site teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
