Job summary

LIM WEN HENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Contract Manager to lead contractual matters for projects. You will oversee tendering, procurement, and cost control in a fast-paced construction environment.

The role requires a degree in Civil Eng/Construction Management or Quantity Surveying and at least five years of relevant experience within the Singapore construction industry. You will work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion and strict budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 Years of relevant working experience as Contract Manager in the Singapore construction industry.
• Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for construction projects.
• Meticulous, diligent and good work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Perform all contractual matter, tendering and procurements procedures (i.e. contracts, cost control, cashflow, project budgeting, project administrations, claims, cost analysis, etc).
• Provide supervisory role to all contractual matter, tendering and procurements procedures (i.e. contracts, cost control, cashflow, project budgeting, project administrations, claims, cost analysis, etc)
• Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Oversee and manage main contract progress claim, subcontract payment and variation orders
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
