Job summary

DSK Engineering Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee construction activities and supervise subcontractors on site.

You will read drawings, monitor the site schedule, liaise with QS on progress and claims, attend site meetings, and ensure compliance with safe work procedures. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will address on-site issues and keep stakeholders updated on progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Excellent construction skills
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
• Able to understand drawings and Calculation of Site Materials
• Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs.
• Manage issues on site and resolve them
• Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
• Attend to Site Meetings
• Compliance to safe work procedures
