Job summary

D&J Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Site Coordinator to assist the Project Manager and Site Manager with daily construction activities and supervision at multiple sites.

The role focuses on coordinating manpower, schedules, materials and equipment to meet project requirements and ensure safety compliance. You will monitor progress, inspect work, liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, maintain records and support documentation for progress claims and site reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Experience in site supervision or coordination preferred.
• Able to coordinate workers and subcontractors at construction sites.
• Able to understand construction drawings and site instructions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at various construction sites in Singapore.
• Relevant construction-related qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in coordinating daily construction activities.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, work schedules, materials and equipment at the construction site.
• Monitor work progress and report site issues, delays and manpower requirements to the Project Manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and workers to coordinate site activities.
• Assist in checking work quality and rectifying defects or site issues.
• Maintain daily site records, attendance records, work progress reports and other project documentation.
• Ensure workers follow workplace safety requirements and site safety procedures.
• Assist with measurements, progress claims and other project-related documentation.
• Perform other site coordination and supervisory duties assigned by the management.
