Job summary

ADVANCED & BEST CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Project Manager to oversee daily operations at the construction site, lead a team of workers and subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will ensure timely deliveries, monitor budgets, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to address issues.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes, equipment, and PPE requirements for on-site work.

• Experience leading construction teams and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to make prompt, safe decisions on-site.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise all daily operations and activities at the construction site.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage construction workers and subcontractors to ensure teamwork and quality work.
• Safety and Quality Control: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and perform quality checks to meet standards.
• Schedule and Budget Management: Monitor progress, manage materials/equipment delivery, keep project within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and professionals for updates and issue resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and manage project documentation.
