Job summary

L & L CONSTRUCTION AND TRADING (PTE. LTD.) is seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor to coordinate on-site teams and ensure quality work against tight deadlines. You will monitor construction processes, provide training, and lead safety initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a hands-on approach to site inspections. You will collaborate with architects and inspectors, arrange meetings with vendors, and assist with staff

Responsibilities

• Ensure teams work together to deliver quality work on deadlines.
• Monitor construction processes; provide training and team building.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
• Schedule regular meetings with vendors, inspectors, managers, and staff.
• Write reports, budgets, project plans; present to stakeholders.
• Work closely with architects and other professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with safety codes and advances in construction.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new staff.
• Process paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
