ADVANCED & BEST ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee daily site operations and lead a team of workers and subcontractors.

You will enforce safety regulations, maintain quality, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise daily operations and activities at the construction site.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage construction workers and subcontractors to ensure teamwork and quality work.
• Safety and Quality Control: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and perform quality checks.
• Schedule and Budget Management: Monitor progress, manage materials and equipment deliveries, ensure budget adherence.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients and professionals to provide updates.
