Job summary

You will guide a team of engineers, designers and contractors through the full project cycle from planning and budgeting to tender evaluation, award and construction supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and engineering design for building construction and infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with public sector contracts and standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan overall project schedule and budgeting.
• Lead the team of consultants in design, construction management, contract administration and site supervision.
• Track progress, budgets and expenditures for construction contracts.
• Report progress and work plans to management.
• Resolve technical issues on building and infrastructure works.
• Engage with other Agencies on project-related issues.
• Explore and implement innovative technical solutions in projects.
