Job summary

Keppel Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced commissioning leader to oversee testing and commissioning of process systems on site, coordinating with project management, partners, and client representatives.

Qualifications

Engineer in electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent by experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience (7+ years in commissioning lead/manager) in testing & commissioning of WTE/ Biomass/ Power plants.

Responsibilities

Test and commission process systems on site.
Act as person-in-charge for planning, directing, follow-up and implementation of commissioning and testing works.
Coordinate with Project Management, partners, client and client representatives.
Lead T&C teams for subsystems (furnace-boiler, FGC, Power Island) and define interfaces and timelines.
Review construction completion reports and ensure proper commissioning documentation is available.
