Job summary

Seatrium Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced commissioning professional to lead mechanical systems commissioning from pre-commissioning through final testing at our Tuas Yard. You will coordinate multi-discipline teams, prepare method statements, and ensure safe energisation of equipment.

The role requires at least 5 years in Oil & Gas or wind-farm facilities, with knowledge of PTW systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years commissioning experience in Oil & Gas or Wind Farm facilities.
• Experience with Diesel Generators, Pumps, Piping and utility packages.
• Familiar with PTW systems and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Completion Management Systems (PIMS-CMS, WinPCS, ProCoSys, ICAPS).

Responsibilities

• Customises checksheets and allocates based on drawings and punchlists.
• Prepares boundary drawings and procedures/work method statements.
• Leads a team for pre-commissioning, commissioning and tests on site.
• Attends Factory Acceptance Tests at vendor premises as required.
• Reviews commissioning documents and ensures timely closure of issues.
• Ensures safe energisation and compliance with PTW and safety rules.
• Coordinate with vendors and site reps to resolve completion issues.
