Job summary

KEPPEL SEGHERS ENGINEERING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a senior electro-mechanical engineer to lead commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems on WTE, biomass and power projects in Singapore.

You will supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and performance verification, coordinating with design consultants, vendors and site teams to meet schedules and safety requirements. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in testing and commissioning
• Lead commissioning teams on WTE/ biomass projects
• Strong familiarity with codes and standards
• Ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams
• Proven track record of on-time project delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, testing and commissioning activities
• Coordinate with design consultants, vendors and contractors
• Review and approve installation procedures and test plans
• Monitor safety and quality on site
• Provide technical support throughout project phases
