Job summary

KEPPEL SEGHERS ENGINEERING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead to manage testing and commissioning of process systems.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate commissioning activities, ensuring safety and on-schedule delivery across subsystems such as furnace-boiler, FGC, and Power Island. You will manage T&C teams, liaise with project management, clients, and partners, review construction completion reports, ensure proper documentation, and uphold HSE rules.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commissioning teams on large process plants.
• Knowledge of safety, QA/QC, and construction interfaces.
• Strong understanding of boiler, combustion, and utilities systems.

Responsibilities

• Test and commission process systems and subsystems on site.
• Plan, direct, follow up and implement commissioning works.
• Coordinate with PM, partners, and client representatives.
• Review construction completion reports and ensure documentation.
• Ensure HSE rules are followed during testing and commissioning.
• Manage snag lists and progress reporting for commissioning.
• Provide clarifications to customers and attend meetings.
