Job summary

SANLI E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Tunnel Engineer to plan, design and supervise bored tunneling projects on site in Singapore.

You will lead method statements, risk assessments and daily reports, ensure compliance with standards, and provide engineering supervision for final ring selection and key decisions during tunneling works.

Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering degree with at least five years of bored tunneling experience and proficiency with Office365 and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of bored tunneling experience and design experience.
Proficient in Office365 and AutoCAD.
Familiar with local authority requirements and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the planning, designing and managing the building of the tunnel.
Prepare method statements, safe work procedures, risk register, daily/weekly reports, tunnel progress reports and other tunnel related documentation.
Calculate project specifications and monitoring on-site progress, ensuring tunnels build meet specific requirements.
Provide engineering supervision to bored tunneling operation, including final ring selection and selection of key.
Prepare and carry out presentation of tunneling works prior to commencement of works.
Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of bored tunneling works.
