Job summary

IC Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Associate/Senior Engineer to join its geotechnical and tunnelling design team.

You will design deep excavations, bored and mined tunnels, foundations, slope engineering, and ground improvement for underground structures such as MRT stations and tunnels, collaborating with civil and structural engineers. You will lead junior engineers, develop concept designs, perform geotechnical analyses, prepare high-quality calculations and reports, and communicate complex

Qualifications

• Requires Singapore PE Board recognised degree and a MSc/MEng in Civil Engineering.
• High to advanced proficiency in 2D/3D geotechnical analyses using PLAXIS, Slope/W, and related tools.
• Experience in underground construction works is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise junior team members to deliver quality designs on time.
• Develop concept designs and construction sequences for geotechnical works.
• Carry out detailed analyses and design underground foundations and tunnels.
• Prepare design calculations and reports for clients and authorities.
• Deliver clear technical communications and presentations.
• Collaborate with BIM/CAD to produce compliant models and drawings.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver integrated designs.
• Support project management activities and tender submissions.
