Job summary

MECHVEL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee civil, structural and geotechnical works, review drawings, and ensure all endorsements and permits are in place.

You will supervise installation of instrumentation, monitor data, review formwork, oversee safety and environmental aspects, and coordinate with contractors and authorities to implement corrective actions. Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering is required; minimum 3 years in Cut & Cover

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in Cut & Cover tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.
• Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering.
• Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings and endorsements.
• Supervise civil, structural and geotechnical building works, both permanent and temporary.
• Coordinate contractor, AC, QP(D) and relevant agencies, interfacing contractors and consultants.
