The role requires strong leadership, proficiency in Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD, and collaboration with process engineers to translate designs into BIM models, plus documentation control and ongoing mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Proven BIM/CAD leadership experience in semiconductor projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM design, piping layouts, and M/E integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across Disciplines to align with project specs.
• Oversee CAD drafting standards, templates, and workflows.
• Translate process system designs into BIM/CAD models including piping and utilities.
• Conduct model reviews and clash detection to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation.

The BIM/CAD Lead for the (Disciplines) System is responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) activities across (Disciplines) projects. This role ensures accurate digital models, drawings, and documentation that support design, engineering, and construction workflows, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Coordination:

Lead the development, integration, and management of BIM models for (Disciplines) systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and multidisciplinary coordination.

BIM/CAD Management:

Oversee CAD drafting standards, templates, and workflows to deliver consistent and high-quality design outputs.

System Design Support:

Collaborate with process engineers to translate (Disciplines) system designs into accurate BIM/CAD models, including piping, equipment layouts, and utility connections.

Clash Detection:

Conduct model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts across disciplines.

Documentation Control:

Ensure timely delivery of drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation for (Disciplines) systems.

Team Leadership:

Mentor BIM modelers and CAD technicians, providing guidance on technical standards and project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in BIM/CAD leadership roles within semiconductor projects.
• Strong knowledge of (Disciplines) system design, piping layouts, and mechanical/electrical integration
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and CAD platforms (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation).
• Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650, company-specific execution plans)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in semiconductor facility projects or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of process piping, cleanroom utilities, and water treatment technologies
• Ability to manage large-scale BIM datasets and coordinate across multiple disciplines
