Job summary

Our client, a reputed financial institution, seeks an experienced Precious Metals Operations Specialist in Singapore to manage end-to-end processing, physical logistics and clearing of precious metals transactions. The role requires close coordination with front office, counterparties, vault operators and clearing brokers to ensure timely settlement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in precious metals, commodities operations, clearing, settlement or physical logistics.
• Strong knowledge of precious metals transaction lifecycles, physical settlement, inventory controls and clearing processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing, physical logistics and clearing of precious metals transactions.
• Manage trade settlement, inventory and vault operations with cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen operational controls, resolve reconciliation breaks, and support system enhancements.
