The Edge Contracting Services- Singapore & Hong Kong seeks an Automation Test Manager with 5+ years of hands-on test automation experience to lead regression and performance testing efforts.

You will develop QA strategies, design test plans, and collaborate with BAs, PMs, developers and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality across projects. The role emphasizes Agile/DevOps practices and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
• 5+ years of software testing/quality assurance experience.
• Proficiency with Tricentis TOSCA and NeoLoad for regression and performance testing.
• Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience leading automation engineers and building QA capability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a group of automation engineers across regression and performance tracks.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, frameworks, and standards across projects.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans (functional, regression, performance, API).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and governance policies.
• Collaborate with BAs, PMs, developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and test coverage.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and increase automation in the testing lifecycle.
• Drive testing efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve product quality.
• Support Agile practices and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on quality objectives with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
