Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA roles.
• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• Experience with test automation tools for regression and performance (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA, NeoLoad).
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with configuration tracking, process validation and risk compliance.
• Expertise in regression, performance, API and functional testing strategies.
• Experience in test planning, estimation, quality metrics governance and defect lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 8-10 automation engineers across regression and performance tracks.
• Design and implement QA strategies, frameworks, and standards across projects.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, performance and API testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and coverage.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within testing lifecycle.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.
• Support agile software development practices and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align quality goals with business needs.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders on quality objectives.
