Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong project coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or equivalent tooling.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent English communication; Japanese communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of software and application development projects from requirements through deployment.
• Translate business requirements into application specifications and software solutions.
• Coordinate SDLC activities with engineers, system teams and stakeholders.
• Plan testing, defect analysis and quality improvements.
• Monitor progress, quality, risks and releases; drive process improvements.
• Provide guidance to development teams and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Maintain project and release documentation and facilitate stakeholder communications.
