Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in 3D printing/additive manufacturing operations.
• Experience supervising project teams or shop-floor technicians.
• Strong knowledge of 3D printing technologies and post-processing.

Responsibilities

• Optimize system and production processes across FDM/SLA workflows.
• Lead a team of technicians, CAD operators, and junior engineers.
• Develop data-driven improvement proposals and ROI analyses.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and SOP creation.
