Better Payment Network (BPN) seeks an accomplished LatAm Payments Executive to build and own the FI network across Latin America, starting with Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina. You will cultivate senior relationships with banks, PSPs, acquirers, and other institutions to drive strategic partnerships and payment volumes.

You will lead the LatAm merchant acquisition strategy, originate large merchants and flows, and shape commercial terms, pricing, and settlement with FX implications.

Competenze

• 10+ years in payments, fintech, banking, or cross-border payments in Latin America.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian, Mexican, and Argentine ecosystems.
• Senior network across banks, PSPs, acquirers, fintechs and merchants.
• Proven ability to originate and close complex FI partnerships.
• Strong merchant acquiring track record with meaningful payment volume.

• Develop and own LatAm FI network across Latin America, focusing on Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.
• Build strategic relationships with banks, PSPs, acquirers, VASPs and other licensed institutions.
• Identify strongest local partners for collection, payout, FX and stablecoin settlement.
• Structure partnerships with terms, use cases, pricing and flows.
• Maintain senior-level relationships and elevate BPN to strategic partner status.
• Own LatAm merchant acquisition strategy and originate large merchants and flows.
• Develop relationships with marketplaces, exporters/importers and PSPs with meaningful volume.
• Convert network capabilities into merchant propositions and scalable payment corridors.
• Own pipeline quality, conversion, activation and TPV revenue metrics.
