Job summary

Grocery Logistics of Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Supervisory Logistics Officer to oversee day-to-day last-mile deliveries from Joo Koon, planning routes and supervising drivers to meet KPI targets. The role emphasizes efficient daily planning, staffing, and data accuracy.

You will train staff, monitor contractor performance, and ensure safety and compliance across a busy transport operation, with strong emphasis on documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, engineering or business related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role or related field.
• Proven experience in last-mile delivery.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in leading and developing top performing teams.
• Class 3/3A driving license required.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day last miles deliveries and achieve KPIs for transport operations.
• Plan and execute daily work to maximise productivity and accuracy.
• Observe processes and provide feedback for optimization.
• Train and supervise subordinates, including outsourced transporters and drivers.
• Perform deliveries as necessary to support operations.
• Support administrative tasks and data reporting.
