Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists the Department Executive to enforce all standing policies and procedures as established.
• Ensures all rules and regulations are strictly complied with.
• Prepares and submits all necessary reports and documents to the Department Executive on time.
• Maintains proper records of documents and correspondence.(Both internal and external)
• Maintains and upkeeps of working equipment and tools properly.
• To conduct analysis and monitoring of contractor performance to improve delivery KPI
• Provide assistance and escalation support to handling customer service request
• Provide accurate trip data to the billing team to support administrative processes.
