Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify opportunities in landscaping and related services in Singapore. You will generate leads, build client relationships and tailor proposals to project requirements to drive growth.

Role requires experience in sales or client management, proficiency with CRM and MS Office, and willingness to visit sites and meet clients to close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.

Qualifications

Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related discipline advantageous.
Proven experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
Experience in landscaping, construction, property services, facilities management or related industries advantageous.
Confident in building relationships and engaging with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Able to conduct client meetings and site visits when required.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within landscaping and related services.
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, events and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their project requirements.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand scope and recommend solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and growth.
Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations based on client needs and project specs.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure and handover.
