Job summary

Mao Sheng Quanji Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Landscape Project Manager to support management in directing and executing landscape projects. You will manage site activities, business development, project costing, and ensure safe work procedures while keeping clients informed and delivering quality outcomes.

Key duties include leading site inspections, bid preparation, procurement planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist certification to prepare Tree Assessment Reports
• Degree in Horticulture or relevant field
• Certified Arborist or Certified Practicing Horticulturist certification
• Minimum 3 years of local project management experience
• Proficient in MS Office software for reporting and communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead business development by attending site inspections, tender show rounds, and client meetings to secure new projects
• Prepare bids, estimates, and negotiate contracts to align with company goals and client requirements
• Oversee daily site operations by monitoring and coordinating activities to ensure timely project progress
• Plan and coordinate procurement of resources to meet project timelines and specifications
• Develop and maintain work schedules, and prepare detailed reports and records of site activities
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to provide project updates and address concerns
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively to minimize disruptions and maintain quality standards
• Implement and manage tree management programs, including performing tree inspections and risk assessments
• Prepare Tree Assessment Reports as a valid ISA Certified Arborist to diagnose and recommend remedies for tree health issues
• Document project costs accurately and manage progress billing and invoicing to ensure financial control
• Analyze project budgets against actual costs to inform future project estimates and financial planning
• Enforce safe work procedures to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel
• Manage workforce effectively to optimize productivity and project outcomes
• Perform additional duties related to horticulture, landscaping, design, and client problem-solving as assigned

Working Days/Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (Alternate 2 Saturdays off per month)
