Job summary

Mao Sheng Quanji Construction Pte Ltd seeks a proactive Project Assistant/ Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in executing landscaping projects. You will coordinate site activities, manage documentation, and support client communications to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Diploma in Horticulture or Landscape Management, WSQ Level 3, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with strong MS Office skills and meticulous planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Horticulture or Landscape Management or WSQ Landscape Certificate (Level 3)
• At least 2 years of related supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for report preparation and communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily landscaping site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines
• Develop and maintain detailed work schedules to ensure timely completion of landscaping tasks
• Prepare comprehensive reports and records documenting on-site work progress and quality standards
• Generate project-related quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders to support procurement and project budgeting
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance
• Provide administrative support to the project team, assisting with project coordination and documentation tasks
• Attend site inspections, tender show rounds, and meetings to support project execution and compile necessary documents for submissions
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address queries and maintain positive working relationships
• Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
