Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES in Singapore is seeking a landscape project assistant to support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating landscape projects and to assist daily site operations.

You will liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, conduct site inspections for quality and safety, and prepare progress updates and documentation. A Nitec/Diploma in Landscape or related field with 2–3 years' experience is required. Singaporean only.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Diploma in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in landscape or construction projects.
• Able to read technical/construction drawings.
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD/MS Project an advantage.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred; Risk Assessment Level 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating landscape projects.
• Support daily site operations including manpower, materials and equipment.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance.
• Prepare progress updates and basic project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving site issues.
