Job summary

SINECO ENERGY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Landscape Project Manager to lead landscape projects from planning to handover. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise site teams, subcontractors and resources to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of landscape works (softscape, hardscape, irrigation) and the ability to read drawings and specs, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant landscape project management experience.
• Experience in landscape construction and site operations.
• Able to read landscape drawings, layout plans and specifications.
• Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Project Management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.
• Relevant Landscape / BCA / WSQ certifications will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and ability to work independently.

• Prepare project progress reports, schedules and relevant documentation.
• Manage manpower and resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Salary: SGD $5,000 – $6,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Project Management or related field is preferred.
