Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science/engineering field.
• 8+ years in laboratory operations, testing, or quality assurance.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with accredited laboratory operations and quality systems.
• Strong understanding of lab workflows and testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily laboratory operations and workflow.
• Lead and manage the lab to ensure timely, compliant services.
• Ensure ISO/IEC 17025 and quality standards are met.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Maintain calibration of equipment and facilities.
• Lead audits and close findings timely.
• Provide technical input to support business development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
