Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Science or equivalent with at least 8 years related laboratory experience.
• Experienced with method-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SAC-SINGLAS requirements, quality standards, and EHS regulations.
• Support internal and external audits implementation, and continuous quality improvement.
• Review and maintain SOPs, test methods, and laboratory documentation.
• Manage daily laboratory operations to ensure timely sample processing, accurate testing, and efficient workflow.
• Supervise testing activities, equipment scheduling, housekeeping, and resource utilization.
• Review technical data and test reports prior to approval by the authorized signatory.
• Supervise all activities within assigned sections, ensuring effective resource planning, high performance, and protocol adherence.
• Train, evaluate and manage staff performance to support development and continuous improvement.
