Job summary

sequential pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee daily operations of our clinical and R&D laboratory.

With 4 to 5 years of hands-on lab experience, you will lead the team, ensure safe, efficient workflows, and uphold high quality standards. You will manage staff, equipment, inventory, and compliance with regulatory guidelines, including safety protocols and calibration documentation.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years hands-on laboratory experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of safety/regulatory standards (GLP/GMP/OSHA).
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Ability to develop and enforce SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily laboratory operations to meet deadlines.
• Develop, optimize, and enforce SOPs for lab processes.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage budget, track expenditures, and forecast resources.
• Lead safety audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
