Job summary

Qualifications

• Comfortable with using multiple IT systems to resolve cases.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Retrieve and assess cases from CRM and provide timely advisory.
• Customer Service: Provide efficient counter services and encourage member retention.
• Operations Support: Identify SOPs to enhance operations and liaise with tripartite partners.
• Advocacy & Outreach: Participate in labour movement policy discussions and analyze data trends.
• Others: Engage in ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
