Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lab Technologist to support R&D activities in paints, including paint making, panel preparation, and application testing at Lok Yang Way, Singapore. You will perform sampling, testing, recording and analysis to drive product development.

The role involves QA support, compliance with ISO and safety regulations, and collaboration with the chemist. Working hours are standard weekdays in a laboratory environment, with potential for additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Carry out laboratory support tasks for R&D activities, including paint making, panel preparation, application testing, evaluation, and benchmarking.
• Participate in trial applications and inspections outside laboratory conditions under supervision.
• Perform laboratory analytical tasks, including sampling, testing, measuring, recording, and analysing results for paints.
• Assist the chemist in development projects, and support laboratory housekeeping, material stock control, and other routine laboratory needs as required.
• Communicate effectively with the line manager regarding progress and delays.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, environmental, laboratory management, safety, and health regulations and rules at all times, including proper handling of materials and chemicals in accordance with company procedures and preventive measures to reduce risk.
• Support Quality Assurance (QA) functions through product testing, inspection, and quality compliance verification.
• Ensure workplace safety and security.
• Undertake other job functions as assigned from time to time.
• QEHS Responsibility: Implement and abide by requirements set out in the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System, ISO standards and applicable legal and other requirements.

Salary: $2,700 - $3,500 + AWS + VB

Location : Lok Yang Way

Working hrs: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm
