Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Lab Technologist to join the Lab Team for ongoing transformation projects at their West Singapore site, with company transportation provided.

You will support R&D laboratory activities, assist in field trials and inspections, conduct painting test analyses, and help with housekeeping, inventory, and safe operations. A Diploma in a chemical field with 1–2 years of lab/QA experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in chemical-related field.
• 1-2 years of lab/QA experience in relevant industry.
• Willingness to comply with ISO standards, environmental regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D laboratory activities, including formulation, panel preparation, application testing, product evaluation, and benchmarking.
• Assist in field trials, product applications, and inspections under supervision.
• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis, including sampling, measurement, recording, and reporting of paint test results.
• Provide support to chemists in product development projects and assist with laboratory housekeeping, inventory control, and general lab operations.
• Keep the line manager informed of project progress, test results, and any delays.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, environmental regulations, laboratory procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
