Job summary

SYNAPXE PTE. LTD. is seeking a system analyst with a microbiology background to support business counterparts who are Lab users.

The role covers audit, security, compliance, and managing live sites with Change Requests and Enhancements. You will also handle end-to-end project management, UAT support, deployments, and post-deployment monitoring. You will collaborate with Lab users to understand needs and ensure new features are enabled, while maintaining system configurations and incident

Qualifications

• Knowledge or hands on experience in microbiology
• Good communication skills
• Bachelores Degree in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Audit, Security and Compliance, thisincludes system/application audit or supporting the Cluster audit, e.g. Labaudit
• Batch Job Monitoring, Error workqueues, etc.
• Business Continuity Support
• Co-Existence Testing
• Half-Yearly Disaster RecoveryExercise
• System, Infra and/or Applicationmaintenance verifications
• Epic Upgrade (New release/features):He would be required to work with Lab users to understand their need and enablethe new features accordingly.
• Operation Service Requests: He wouldbe required to work with Lab users to understand their need and implement theservice request.
• Production Support: resolve incidenttickets
• End-to-end project management,including planning, coordination, execution, and project documentation incompliance with the Project Management Methodology (PMM).
• Requirements gathering and analysis,including effort estimation and costing assessment.
• System configuration, buildactivities, and application testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Support for testing activities,including coordination and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deployment planning and preparation,including readiness assessments and implementation activities.
• Post-deployment support, includingissue resolution and monitoring

Skills
