STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a relocation operations lead to manage a team of relocation coordinators, oversee asset data, and ensure smooth lab equipment relocation projects. The role requires strong logistics and site coordination skills with hands-on oversight at client sites.

Responsibilities include vendor supervision, inventory management, and daily reporting to the Move Day Operations Lead or Project Manager.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent in a science or engineering field.
• 2–3 years of logistics or site coordination experience.
• Experience with lab equipment is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate a team of relocation coordinators.
• Manage large asset data, labelling, inventory records, and excel databases.
• Perform project administration and documentation.
• Monitor and escort vendors during relocation activities.
• Coordinate loading bay, cargo lift, and logistics operations.
• Provide onsite support and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Report progress, issues, and site activities to the Move Day Operations Lead or Project Manager.
