STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage asset data, warehouse records, and project documentation at our Near One North location on a 6-month contract. You will coordinate loading bay operations, escort vendors during relocations, and provide onsite operational support.

Prior lab equipment exposure is advantageous and a willingness to handle onsite duties is essential.

Formación

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or any disciplines.
• At least 1-2 years of logistics, warehouse operations, asset management, site coordination or relocation projects experience.
• Experience with lab equipment will be advantageous.
• Willing to perform onsite operational duties.

Responsabilidades

• Manage large asset data, labelling, inventory records, and excel databases.
• Perform project administration and documentation.
• Monitor and escort vendors during relocation activities.
• Coordinate loading bay, cargo lift, and logistics operations.
• Provide onsite support and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
