Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Lab for the Jurong, SG facility. You will perform testing of products using a variety of analytical techniques, and assist in developing procedures, test instructions and reports.

You will coordinate sample receipt/shipment and support QA and quality systems in a GMP-regulated environment. The role requires 0-3 years of lab experience, familiarity with cGMP/QA processes, and ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Testing of products using analytical techniques.
• Assist in developing instrumentation procedures and test reports.
• Coordinate day-to-day receipt and shipment of samples in the lab.
• Support QA procedures and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis using established or experimental techniques following SOPs.
• Document investigations with root cause methods and analyze field failures.
• Document and manage investigations using Salesforce, MasterControl and MS Office.
• Assist in completing projects from protocol to final report with guidance.
• Communicate findings with strong technical writing.
