Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for a Laboratory Technician role in our GMP environment. You will participate in routine and non-routine testing, calibrate and maintain lab equipment, and ensure a continuous supply of operating items while upholding lab housekeeping.

The position requires a chemistry-related degree and hands-on laboratory experience. Strong attention to detail, safety compliance, and accurate data entry are essential; the role supports audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science.
• Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Chemical Process Technology/Polymer Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry with lab experience.
• NITEC/Higher NITEC in Chemistry or related science.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of incoming finished products per procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain analytical equipment.
• Manage chemicals and consumables inventory.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of chemicals.
• Accurate documentation of test results.
• Maintain quality documents per SOPs.
• Report non-conformances and equipment failures.
• Support 5S and lab safety compliance.
