Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Laboratory Analyst to perform testing of products for internal and external customers, using a variety of analytical techniques and SOPs. You will assist in developing procedures for instrumentation, test instructions and reports, and coordinate sample receipt and shipment in the laboratory.

The role supports the Laboratory team in administration, quality systems and training new analysts while maintaining cGMP and ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or relevant field required.
• 0–3 years of experience in a laboratory or cGMP/pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Experience with instrumentation and QA procedures is a plus.
• Strong written communication for technical reports.
• Able to stand long periods and wear ISO 5 gowning as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis using established or experimental techniques and SOPs.
• Use root cause analysis to identify issues and document findings.
• Document investigations with Salesforce, MasterControl and MS Office.
• Assist in projects from protocol to final report.
• Train new analysts as appropriate.
• Prepare technical reports and SOPs, and support QA activities.
