Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Operations Engineer for a 1-year contract in Singapore. You will provide day-to-day L2 operational support and work with L1 and L3 teams to maintain service stability, resolve incidents, and ensure smooth maintenance execution.

The role involves managing product admin access, supporting product teams, monitoring alerts, and performing patching across AWS and Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day L2 operational support.
• Collaborate with L1 and L3 teams to ensure service stability and timely incident resolution.
• Maintain and administer product admin access across platforms.
• Support Product teams with enquiries, technical support and incidents.
• Monitor alerts and execute escalation or corrective actions.
• Escalate major outages to management promptly with stakeholders informed.
• Troubleshoot logs and escalate as needed.
• Perform patching and maintenance: monthly VA scans, AWS/Azure maintenance, product upgrades, manage alerts.
• Support configuration changes for operations.
• Manage tickets via Jira Service Management to SLA.
• Assist with tenant SRs, incidents, and inquiries from the PM Portal.
• Contribute to Knowledge Base articles.
• Provide status updates with operational reports.
