Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support Engineer to ensure reliability, stability, and performance of applications and cloud infrastructure. You will provide L1/L3 production support, incident resolution, and drive operational improvements.

You will monitor and troubleshoot across production and non-production environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to automation and runbooks while supporting Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and 24/7 on-call operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in IT Operations, Application/Production Support or Operations Engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management and root-cause analysis skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, preferably AWS.
• Experience with ITSM, monitoring/APM and CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible or scripting/automation is advantageous.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, security and access management.
• Exposure to AI applications, RAG, tool calling, workflow automation or data lakes is advantageous.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application/infrastructure performance across production and non-production environments.
• Provide L1/L2/L3 troubleshooting, incident, problem and change management.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues within SLA.
• Collaborate with development, product, security, infrastructure and vendors.
• Implement monitoring, security/access controls and operational improvements.
• Develop runbooks, operational procedures and audit documentation.
• Automate processes to reduce downtime and manual errors.
• Support cloud environments and AI-related workloads.
• Analyse operational metrics and provide status/performance reports.
• Support Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and 24/7/on-call operations where required.
