Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Engineer to provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for its data centre network infrastructure in Singapore. You will manage Cisco routers and switches, monitor performance and bandwidth, and coordinate with vendors to resolve escalations while maintaining strict SLAs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in network operations, CCNA/CCNP certification, and a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of network engineering experience in operations.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• CCNA or CCNP certification held.
• Diploma or degree in CS/CE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for data centre network infra.
• Manage Cisco routers and switches to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage and issues.
• Log, update and track support tickets to meet SLAs.

• Log, update and track support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.

• Work with vendors and relevant teams to resolve escalated network issues.

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and firmware patching for network equipment.

• Plan and implement approved network changes, service requests and maintenance activities.

• Ensure all work follows established operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience and certifications may also be considered.

• At least 3 years of experience in network engineering within an operations environment.

• Strong network troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience managing Cisco routers and switches.

• CCNA / CCNP certification.
