Combuilder Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Security Administrator to provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for our security infrastructure. You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

The role involves logging and tracking tickets to meet SLA, coordinating with vendors, performing maintenance and firmware updates, and planning approved changes with the team lead.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in security administration.
• Relevant IT security certifications would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security systems and bandwidth usage, and resolve issues promptly.
• Log, update and track support tickets to meet SLA requirements.
• Work with vendors and relevant teams on issues requiring further support.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and firmware updates for security equipment at the data centre.
• Plan and implement approved changes to security infrastructure.
• Handle service requests and change requests assigned by the team lead.
