• Help desk and operational support services;

• Preparation and submission of Incident Reports;
• Coordination with third-party vendors and stakeholders;
• Onsite troubleshooting and rectification works;
• Preventive and corrective maintenance support;
• Attendance at operational meetings and service reviews;
• Escalation management and service coordination.
