The position offers hourly rates of $18–$22 SGD depending on undergraduate vs degree holder, with an initial contract till December 2026 and standard 8.30am–6.00pm hours.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or degree holder; immediate start preferred.
• Experience with course registration and training logistics is a plus.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end course registration incl enrolments, confirmations and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues and programme logistics.
• Prepare training materials, attendance sheets and evaluation forms.
• Maintain learning records, training databases and trackers.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers and external vendors.
• Consolidate feedback and prepare basic training reports.
• Support delivery of staff learning and development programmes.
• Handle ad hoc L&D administration and programme coordination.
