Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager, Learning & Development to design, implement, and improve learning initiatives across PaxOcean Group. You will partner with business leaders to identify training needs, develop solutions, and enhance workforce capabilities.

You will also support talent development programmes and competency framework efforts to ensure readiness for current and future business needs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Learning & Development or HR.
• Experience with competency frameworks and LMS.
• Ability to analyze learning data and derive insights.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support L&D strategy development aligned with business goals.
• Conduct training needs analyses with stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
• Coordinate and administer learning programmes and leadership development initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of competency frameworks across functions.
• Assist graduate, management trainee, and talent development programmes.
• Monitor participation, outcomes, and programme effectiveness.
