Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an L&D Specialist to support capability development for finance and procurement professionals. You will drive learning design, digital learning and programme development, engaging across classroom, virtual and blended formats.

The role covers needs analysis, curriculum development, content creation, and evaluating learning outcomes to enable public service transformation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, Education or Business or related field.
• Min. internship experience in L&D, instructional design or digital learning.
• Strong planning, analytical and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate learning interventions across classroom, virtual, blended, and digital formats.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and build curricula from competency frameworks.
• Partner with SMEs to create content, outcomes, and training materials.
• Assess and improve learning programmes to drive impact and capability.
